A Look Ahead: The Next Phase of CareVoyant Innovation

As we continue advancing the CareVoyant platform, our development focus is shifting toward four key areas:

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Leveraging AI capabilities, such as Ambient Listening and AI Powered PDF Readers, to simplify workflows, improve data accuracy, and support smarter decision-making across operations.

Automation

Reducing manual processes by automating routine tasks, improving efficiency, and allowing agencies to focus more time on patient care.

Notifications

Delivering timely, role-based alerts that help teams respond quickly and manage exceptions more effectively.

Operational Dashboards

Providing actionable insights through dashboards that help agencies monitor performance, exceptions, and improve daily operations.

Our goal: to embed these capabilities directly within CareVoyant rather than relying on third-party solutions. By delivering fully integrated functionality within the platform, we believe these enhancements will help your employees and staff operate more efficiently and effectively.

Key Initiatives

Operational Dashboards

The EVV Dashboard will be the first in a series of operational dashboards designed to provide agencies with greater visibility into critical performance metrics. By providing real-time visibility into EVV activity, agencies will have the tools needed to quickly identify issues, take action, and improve compliance and operational oversight.

Notification Framework

CareVoyant is expanding notification capabilities to provide users with relevant information triggered by specific events, such as missed clock-ins and missed clock-outs, shift offers, expiring licenses, expiring authorizations, etc. These automation-based notifications will be designed to support multiple workflows.

Automation Enhancements

Automation enhancements include AI Powered PDF and eFax Reader, which will process incoming documents and convert them into structured data. These enhancements will help reduce manual data entry and create more connected processes across agency operations.

Ambient Listening for Clinical Documentation

CareVoyant will incorporate ambient listening technology to support clinicians during patient visits. Our initial focus areas will be SOC/ROC, Recertifications, Discharges, and Routine Visits. By supporting clinicians with intelligent documentation tools, CareVoyant aims to simplify workflows while allowing providers to spend more time focused on patient care.
