With this integrated feature, you can electronically fax Plan of Care, Physician Orders, and Clinical notes directly from CareVoyant. The CareVoyant eFax Manager enables you to track outgoing faxes until they are delivered, while the CareVoyant Inbox helps you manage and attach incoming faxes to the relevant patients. Additionally, we'll be discussing the upcoming Care Coordination functions, including sending and receiving clinical documentation (Direct Messages) and Telehealth.

CareVoyant Validation Framework

Currently, we offer configurable validations for Scheduling, Clinical, and Claims processes. However, we are enhancing the validation framework in CareVoyant to increase efficiency and productivity while enabling Management by Exception. This upgrade automatically detects and alerts users to potential issues, enabling proactive management. The improved framework is currently available for use in the Patient Intake and Employee Information areas, but we intend to expand it to other areas of CareVoyant.
