Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) and Sen. Andy Kim (D-NJ) last week introduced the Medicare at Home Act, which would expand home care coverage under Medicare Part B. While Medicare Part B usually covers doctor visits and everyday medical care, under the bill, it also would cover comprehensive home-based personal care benefits.
